Roulette Strategy
There is so many different roulette strategy and for so many years that I think that gambling system martingale was create for that specific game.
A lot of fortune was made and lost in european casino since almost 300 years. Its the looser #1 betting activity. But don’t be fooled, there is a lot of money to make for the wise gambler.
The Origin
Introduced in mid 18th century France by a police lieutenant general named Sartine, Roulette is an exciting game that is easy to play.
The English Roulette wheel is divided into slots numbered 0 to 36.The American Roulette wheel is divided into slots numbered 0, 00 to 36.
The Bets
In both English Roulette and American Roulette, there are two categories of bets:
Inside bets, on which the player may bet on one, two, three, four, five, or six numbers with a single wager.
Outside bets, on which the player may bet on twelve or eighteen numbers with a single wager.
During each game, the player may bet on as many numbers or combinations of numbers as he likes. However, the wagers on each betting spot must respect the minimum and maximum amounts indicated at the table. The player places his wheel checks on the specific betting spot of the table layout himself, or he may ask the dealer to do so. Each player is responsible for the positioning of his wager on the Roulette layout, even if he is assisted by the dealer.
BET DESCRIPTION PAYOUT
INSIDE BETS
A) Straight up - One number - 35 to 1
B) Split - Two numbers - 17 to 1
C) Street - Three numbers - 11 to 1
D) Corner - Four numbers - 8 to 1
E) English - 0, 1, 2, 3 - 8 to 1
American - 0, 00, 1, 2, 3 - 6 to 1
F) Sixline - Six numbers - 5 to 1
G) English - 0 straight up - 35 to 1
American - 0/00 Split - 17 to 1
OUTSIDE BETS
H) Dozen - 1/12 -13/18 -19/36 - 2 to 1
I) Column - Twelve Numbers - 2 to 1
J) Low/High - Black/Red - Odd/even - 1 to 1
Wheel Checks (Chips)
All players in a Roulette game place their wagers in the same betting area. In order to eliminate confusion over the ownership of the inside bets, each player purchases wheel checks of a specific color at the table and determines their value before beginning to play. This way, each player plays with wheel checks of a different color. As a result, wheel checks may only be played at the table where they were purchased. They have no value anywhere else and the player must exchange them for regular value chips before leaving the table.
The Game
The dealer spins the wheel in one direction and the Roulette ball in the other. Bets may be made until the dealer announces « Rien ne va plus » (No more bets!). For a spin to be valid, the ball must complete at least seven revolutions without any obstruction. When the ball comes to rest on a number, the dealer announces the winning number and marks it on the layout. All wagers involving this number are winners and are paid according to the payout in the betting charts. All other wagers lose. Players must wait for the dealer to announce « Faites vos jeux » (Place your bets) before placing their bets for the next game.
Roulette Winning Strategy
There is two family of betting strategy for Roulette. For both, you beter play on European roulette than American. Its a matter of logic, the house edge is doubled on american roulette.
Depending of the strategy you adopt, you must consider play automatic roulette if you betting system is easy. If you need more time to calculat and place your bet then you better play on table with a lot of player so you will get enough time to play between the draw.
The Martingale
The martingale is a strategy that consist of rising your bet when you loose. That kind of bet takes big bankroll and it is very risky. It is not my favoriye way of playing. With that strategy, you win most of the time but when you loose you loose big.
The Progression Strategy
the progression strategy is the opposite of the martingale. You raise your bet when you win. There is slow or fast raising and I do like both of them.Patience, confident and good bankroll management leads to certain success.
